Project Scope
As the lead designer for Cresa's tenant improvement in Phoenix, I collaborated with SmithGroup to transform their existing office into a dark, moody, Chicago-inspired environment. The focus for Cresa's new office was to create a unique workspace for each team while still keeping the space cohesive. We seamlessly integrated different collaborative spaces into the project for small and large groups to fit their day to day needs.
